Take notice that Caprice Acquisitions Limited
(in liquidation and in receivership), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at c/o PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level 16, 113 The Terrace, Wellington, has been placed in receivership by the debenture holder on 9 May 2008.
Bruce Frederick McCullough, of Mpower Business Consultancy Limited, whose offices are at Level 8, 86 Victoria Street, Wellington, is appointed as the receiver.
The property in receivership is the assets and undertakings of Caprice Acquisitions Limited (in liquidation and in receivership) secured by a general security agreement over all secured moneys.
