Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Rodney Gane Pardington, chartered accountant of Auckland, was, on 12 May 2008, appointed as receiver of the property of FP Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a Debt Assumption Deed dated the 14th day of December 2007, which property consists of all the company’s present and after-acquired property.
The Receiver’s Office Address is: Deloitte, Deloitte House, 8 Nelson Street (PO Box 33), Auckland.
