Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants of Auckland, hereby give notice that on 30 April 2008, they ceased to act as receivers and managers of all of the undertaking and property and assets of the company, pursuant to their appointment by the secured party.
