Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Anthony David Kenneth Boswell and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the companies on 15 April 2008, under the terms of security agreements dated the 12th day of April 2005 and the 30th day of July 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertakings, property and assets.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92162), Auckland.
