Malcolm Grant Hollis and Grant David McQuoid, chartered accountants of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Kiwi Finance Limited on 15 April 2008, under the terms of a debt securities trust deed dated the 12th day of June 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
