Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy, insolvency practitioners of Wellington, whose offices are at Level 2, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (PO Box 11793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were, on 14 April 2008, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired property of N.Z. Meats (North Island) Limited (in receivership), pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 18th day of September 2006 granted to Prime Finance Limited (which through mergers is now Allied Nationwide Finance Limited).
