Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 9 April 2008, Damien Grant and Steven Khov were appointed receivers and managers of all of the property of the above-named company, acting under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 31st day of March 2005.
