Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Henry David Levin, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed as receivers of
the property of TGR Helicorp Limited on 2 April 2008, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 5th day of March 2008.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertakings and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
