Colin Thomas McCloy and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of Advantage Construction & Consultancy Limited on 14 March 2008, in place of Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 22nd day of July 2002.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
