Notice of Resignation of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 11(4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Glen Allan Stapley and Cyril Warren McKenzie, chartered accountants of Duns Limited, hereby give notice that on
17 March 2008 at 4.00pm, we resigned as receivers
and managers of Alpine Pacific Developments Limited
(in receivership and in liquidation) as appointed under
the general security agreement registered on the 21st day
of April 2006.
On the same day Glen Allan Stapley and David Stanley Duns were appointed jointly and severally under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated on the
21st day of April 2006.
