Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Colin Thomas McCloy and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the companies on 27 February 2008 under the terms of security agreements giving the secured party security interests in all of the assets and undertakings of the companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertaking, property and assets.
