Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed on 4 March 2008, as receivers of the property of High Impact (2006) Limited under the terms of the term loan agreement dated the 29th day of June 2007 with the J F Beamish Family Trust.
The Property Secured Under the General Security Agreement Consists of: All the company’s present and after acquired property.
