Notice of Appointment of Receiver in Respect of Mortgaged Property
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 29 February 2008, I, Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed receiver in respect of 1 Amyes Place, Hornby, Christchurch (“the property”), owned by Hornby Property Holdings Limited.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
