Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
David Murray Blanchett, Colin Thomas McCloy
and Anthony David Kenneth Boswell, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the companies on 18 February
2008 under the terms of security agreements.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertakings, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets (PO Box 191), Hamilton.
