Vivian Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of Private Property Partners Limited (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 December 2008 at 10.19am.
I fix 12 March 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
