Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of PRS Holdings Limited (in liquidation) on 9 December 2008 at 11.20am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 12 January 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of PRS Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
