Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on 8 December 2008 at 10.13am when Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Dunedin.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors in
order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
