Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Blanchett and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Taupo Paving & More Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on 8 December 2008 at 10.53am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Taupo Paving & More Limited, we fix 27 February 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
