Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of New Zealand Tax Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 8 December 2008 at 2.30pm.
Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors will be held on Friday, 19 December 2008 at 11.00am at the Scenic Circle Hotel, corner of Alfred and Henry Streets, Blenheim.
Purpose of Meeting
1. Consider the liquidator’s statement of affairs.
2. Confirm or otherwise the appointment of Geoff Falloon as liquidator.
3. Consider whether or not to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. Other.
Note – Proxies
Proxies will need to be in the hands of the liquidator by 5.00pm on Thursday, 18 December 2008.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 16 January 2009, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
