On 8 December 2008 at 11.00am, by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Tie Rack New Zealand Limited was placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
We, Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix
31 January 2009, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
