Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 December 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BMMP Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Clark, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 December 2008.
