Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Anthony David Kenneth Boswell, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Capital + Merchant Group Limited (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 December 2008 at 11.03am.
We fix 5 March 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
