Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 5 December 2008 at 4.00pm, by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Steeltec Limited and Steelfix Limited were placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
We, Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, liquidators of the above-named companies, hereby fix
30 January 2009, as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
