Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Designer Haircare (Christchurch) Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 December 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 2 December 2008 at 11.14am.
