Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Mark David Stevens, accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 3 December 2008 at 1.30pm.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors having regard to the assets and liabilities and the likely result of the liquidation.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator hereby fixes 20 December 2008, as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
