Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 12 December 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Springston Holdings Limited
be liquidated and that Russell K. D. Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 December 2008 at 2.00pm.
The undersigned does hereby fix 15 January 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
