Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Lloyd’s Fast Fix Limited (in liquidation) commenced on 27 November 2008 at 8.00pm, when the members appointed Murray
G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The director had previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay their debts.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors.
The company being liquidated has been certified by the director as being a solvent company.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
