Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on 1 December 2008
at 11.56am when Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant
of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Christchurch.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Creditors are requested to contact the liquidator’s office to register their claim.
