Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 31 January 2008, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Strictly Cosmic Limited be liquidated and that Clinton Ernest Sanford, of Baldry
+ Sanford Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 January 2008 at 2.00pm.
