Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 December 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Titmotu Orewa Investment Limited be liquidated and that Paul A. Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 December 2008 at 10.00am.
The liquidator gives notice that 2 January 2009, is fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
