of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders that the above-named company
be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Alfred Jenkins and Bede Carran, both chartered accountants of VBM Consultants Limited, be appointed liquidators with the liquidation commencing on 31 January 2008 at 3.38pm.

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned fixes 29 February 2008, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit
of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
