Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Damien Grant and Steven Khov, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 November 2008 at 10.50am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 30 January 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
