Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Orbit Financial Services Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 28 November 2008 to be
put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 28 November 2008 at 2.05pm.
