Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Total Landscape Construction (CH) Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 November 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 17 November 2008 at 10.58am.
