Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and
Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Auckland Cladding Specialists Limited (in liquidation)
by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 November 2008 at 11.10am.
We fix 28 February 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
