Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Simply Two West City Limited
(in liquidation) on 28 November 2008 at 11.00am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 29 December 2008, as the last day for creditors to make any claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the time
distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object
to the distribution.
