Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO
Spicers, Auckland, were appointed joint liquidators of
the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 27 November 2008 at 9.35am, the date and time at which the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of Flat Bush Construction Limited, we fix 18 December 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims
may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Creditors’ Meeting
Pursuant to Sections 243(1)(a) and 314 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors will be held at the Elliott Rooms, Crowne Plaza Hotel, 128 Albert Street, Auckland City, on 18 December 2008 at 10.00am, for the purposes of confirming the appointment of the liquidators (or to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidators so appointed) and appointing a liquidation committee.
