Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency and in accordance with section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, the trustees of the above-named incorporated trust on 24 November 2008 at 8.05pm, appointed Victoria Toon and Peri Micaela Finnigan, chartered accountants
of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named incorporated trust.
The undersigned does hereby fix 8 January 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated trust are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
