Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 November 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Auckland Associated Chemists Limited be liquidated and that Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton and Manisha Kesha, of SME Financial Limited, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
On 7 October 2008, the directors of The Auckland Associated Chemists resolved that the company would, on the appointment of liquidators under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts.
The liquidation commenced on 18 November 2008.
