Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of WHK West Yates Limited, was appointed liquidator of Te Awa Management Limited.
The liquidation commenced on 6 December 2007.
A declaration of solvency has been signed by the company’s directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
29 February 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
