Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 November 2008, it was resolved by special
resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Cabar Investments Limited
be liquidated and that Robert James Drum, chartered accountant of ENZO Advisors Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation will commence on 27 November 2008.
