Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 November 2008, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SF2 Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Monday, 17 November 2008 at 10.30am.
