Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 November 2008 at 5.20pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dr Stiff Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 19 December 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
