Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 14 November 2008 at 11.15am, at the watershed meeting, by resolution of the company’s creditors and pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, OPI New Zealand Limited was placed into liquidation
and Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 14 November 2008.
We, Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix
15 December 2008, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
