Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 17 November 2008 at 3.14pm, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company by special resolution appointed Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, as liquidators of the above-named company.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
