Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Grun-Green Products Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 November 2008 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 5 November 2008 at 4.00pm.
