Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that we, John Robert Buchanan and Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, have been appointed liquidators of Life Skills Recruitment Services Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 7 November 2008 at 10.15am.
The appointment was by special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 15 April 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders of the company may direct enquiries during normal business hours to the office as below.
