Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 7 November 2008 at 2.19pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, John Robert Buchanan and Callum James Macdonald, of Buchanan Macdonald Limited, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as liquidators of Marine Ports Limited
(in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators hereby fix 15 April
2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
