Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of
the above-named company on 29 October 2008 at 4.00pm, appointed Graham Russell Kennedy and David William Strijbis, of Brophy Knight Limited, Chartered Accountants, of Ashburton, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
