Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 October 2008 at 9.00am, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Drop Zone Publications Limited be voluntarily liquidated and
that Daryl Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The solvent, voluntary liquidation commenced on 28 October 2008.
